Our retreats are built on the foundation of restoring hope; helping warriors rediscover their identity in Christ, reconnect with their purpose, and return home equipped to live abundantly.

The wounds of the past cannot always be undone, but through Christ, the future can be redeemed. Hope is not found in ignoring the struggle; it is found in believing that God is still writing the story.

Our retreats are not meant to be an escape from everyday life—they are a catalyst for returning home transformed, equipped, and sent with purpose.

Throughout our retreats, lasting friendships are formed, accountability is built, and a community of warriors begins to take shape. Many guests leave with renewed vision for their families, careers, and communities. From restored marriages to new ministries and organizations being birthed, we have witnessed God use these weekends as a starting point for lasting impact far beyond the retreat grounds.

Our commitment to you does not end when the weekend concludes. Our team is dedicated to providing continued care and connection through personalized after-action care plans designed to help each guest continue walking in the growth and purpose God has begun.

Each guest receives:

  • Three Retreat Corrals — opportunities to reconnect with fellow retreat participants, share experiences, and continue building community.

  • Four One-on-One Follow-Up Sessions — personal conversations designed to provide encouragement, accountability, and support after returning home.

  • ETL Alumni Newsletter Access — ongoing connection through upcoming events, webinars, resources, and opportunities to continue growing alongside the ETL community.

The retreat may be a weekend, but the brotherhood, healing, and mission continue long after you leave our gates.
