Las Cruces Women’s Retreat
March 6-8, 2026
Cloud Croft, NM
The Women’s New Mexico Abide Retreat is a weekend designed for first responders to step out of the busyness of life and into rest with Jesus and with other daughters of Christ. The retreat will be led by Dee White and Norma Ibarra. The mission of the weekend is for you to be loved, seen, encouraged, and equipped as you return to your homes and vocations.
What Are Abide Retreats?
Throughout all four Gospels, we see Jesus consistently withdrawing to quiet places to spend time with His Father. He doesn’t retreat to hide, but to be filled. Our retreats seek to follow Jesus’ example.
Abide Retreats are weekends designed for first responders and service-minded individuals to step away from the noise, abide in Christ, and build lasting friendships.
Participants will engage in worship, dive into the Word, and enjoy meaningful fellowship—all aimed at deepening their relationship with God and strengthening their commitment to serve.
What to expect:
Group teachings centered on God's Word
Solitude time for prayer and worship with Jesus
Free Time: Go hiking, read, rest, or simply hang out. Free time is where friendships are formed, and souls are refreshed.
Most importantly: You will encounter Jesus through His Holy Spirit and through His people
Abide Retreats
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28-30
Forced overtime, training during time off, court obligations, deployments, and traumatic calls. Such are the demands of your profession. You experience exhaustion on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. We are designed for rest, yet many of us struggle to apply it to our lives.
What does it mean to find rest in Christ? How can we apply this promise to our life? Our upcoming Abide Retreat aims to delve into God's Word, guiding you to discover His promise for rest and peace in your life.
